摘要

提升运营管理精细化水平是推动医院高质量发展的内在要求.某大型综合公立医院创新管理机制,构建全方位系统化运营管理模式,在专题运营分析、精细成本核算、优化绩效考核等方面采取系列举措,关键运营指标持续向好,有效促进了医院运营管理科学化、规范化和精细化.介绍了其运营管理模式和实践探索举措,为公立医院提升运营管理水平提供参考.

Abstract

Improving the level of precision in operational management is an intrinsic requirement for advancing high-quality hospital development.This large public general hospital has innovated its management mechanisms by establishing a comprehensive and systematic operational management model.Through initiatives in specialized operational analysis,precise cost accounting,and optimized performance assessments,key operational indicators have shown continuous improvement,effectively promoting the scientific,standardized,and refined management of hospital operations.This paper outlines the hospital's operational management model and practical measures,providing a reference for enhancing operational management in public hospitals.
