长三角制造业质量管理数字化建设经验与发展路径研究

摘要
在质量强国建设要求和数字技术引领产业变革的时代背景下,先进制造业与战略性新兴产业引领全国的长三角地区,肩负着建设国家质量创新先导区的使命.当前,长三角地区制造业质量管理数字化建设在全流程智能管控、质量标准协同等方面已走在全国前列,本文进一步从场景驱动技术应用、基于区块链技术的质量追溯链、人工智能框架下的质量改进、数据赋能的质量管理城市大脑、质量创新先导区协同建设五个方面,探讨长三角地区践行制造业质量管理数字化的高质量发展路径.
Abstract
In the context of the requirements of quality power construction and the era of digital technology leading industrial change,advanced manufacturing and strategic emerging industries lead the Yangtze River Delta region of the country,shouldering the mission of building a national quality innovation pilot area.At present,the digital construction of manufacturing quality management in the Yangtze River Delta region is at the forefront of China in terms of intelligent control of the whole process and coordination of quality standards.To explore the high-quality development path of digitization of manufacturing quality management in Yangtze River Delta region,this paper further focuses on five aspects:scenarience-driven technology application,quality traceability chain based on blockchain technology,quality improvement under the framework of artificial intelligence,data-enabled u由an brain of quality management,and collaborative construction of quality innovation pilot areas.
