摘要
标准在推动轨道交通运营企业高质量发展竞争中发挥着极为重要的基础性和引领性作用.文章结合昆明地铁运营发展实际,从企业开展的省级标准化试点实践中,总结、提炼出试点工作推进中的实施路径和成效,为同属性企业构建运营管理与服务标准体系提供经验和借鉴.
Abstract
Standards play an extremely important basic and leading role in promoting the high-quality development competition of rail transit operators.Based on the actual development of Kunming metro operation,this paper summarizes and refines the implementation path and effect of the pilot work from the provincial standardization pilot practice carried out by enterprises,and provides experience and reference for enterprises with the same attributes in constructing the operation management and service standard system.
