摘要
本文从应用系统化培训方法分析建立核电质量保证人才的全面工作能力(KSA)模型入手,分析不同岗位的质量保证人员能力需求差异点,探究应用KSA模型为后续培训课程任务规划和培训大纲制定提供可靠依据、充分应用核电其他岗位KSA分析大数据完善质量保证人员能力培养、丰富质量保证人员实践能力等建议,不断完善核电质量保证人员培养流程和方法,加强质量保证人员队伍建设,保障核电质量管理体系有效运作.
Abstract
Starting from the systematic approach to training to analyze and establish the comprehensive working ability(KSA)model of nuclear power quality assurance personnel,this paper analyzes the differences in the ability requirements of quality assurance personnel in different positions,explores the application of KSA model to provide a reliable basis for task planning and training outline formulation of subsequent training courses,fully applies KSA analysis of big data in other positions in nuclear power,improves the ability training of quality assurance personnel,enriches the practical ability of quality assurance personnel,etc.,and continuously improves the training process and methods of nuclear power quality assurance personnel.This will strengthen the construction of quality assurance personnel to ensure the effective operation of the nuclear power quality management system.
