Generic quality characteristics engineering is a system engineering technology strongly related to improving the comprehensive quality level of products.But the current generic quality characteristics engineering often has two"disconnected"problems in the application process:one is the independence of each characteristic of generic quality characteristics,and the other is the lack of connection between generic quality characteristics and product functional performance.The other is the lack of connection between generic quality characteristics and product functional performance.Therefore,in this paper,the standard process and key points of the generic quality characteristics are studied and sorted out from the clues of product failures,in order to provide technical personnel with integrated design ideas of generic quality characteristics and functional performance based on failures.
