摘要

随着我国经济加速发展,人们的生活水平和消费需求逐步升级,方便快捷、口味独特的预制菜越来越受到大众青睐.由于我国预制菜产业起步较晚,受生产工艺、储存条件等方面的限制,目前存在标准缺失、融资不足、评价机制混乱、食品安全隐患、市场监管缺失等问题.本文通过分析预制菜产业发展趋势及可能出现的市场问题,多角度探讨了预制菜产品市场监管方法,以期为预制菜市场健康发展提供有益的参考.

Abstract

With the accelerated development of our economy,people's living standard and consumption demand gradually upgrade,convenient,quick,unique taste of the prepared dishes more and more popular.Due to the late start of our prefabricated vegetable industry,limited by production technology,storage conditions and other aspects,there are currently problems such as lack of standards,lack of financing,chaotic evaluation mechanism,food safety risks,and lack of market supervision.By analyzing the development trend of prepared vegetable industry and the possible market problems,this paper discusses the market supervision methods of prepared vegetable products from various perspectives,in order to provide useful reference for the healthy development of prepared vegetable market.
