摘要
装配式建筑具有低碳、节能环保等特点,其发展有助于传统建筑业转型升级,加快实现"双碳"目标.然而,我国装配式建筑处于快速发展初期,对装配式建筑成本缺乏系统管理,使得装配式建筑成本大大增加,阻碍了装配式建筑的进一步发展.为了有效降低装配式建筑企业运营成本,增加企业效益,本文以B装配式建筑公司为实例,结合企业的实际情况,综合运用成本管理理论和方法,提出切实可行的运营成本多阶段管理方案.同时,本文也是对装配式建筑企业运营成本管理研究的有效补充,提出的降低运营成本的方案也可以为相关企业降低运营成本提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Prefabricated buildings have the characteristics of low carbon,energy conservation and environmental protection,and their development helps to transform and upgrade the traditional construction industry,accelerating the achievement of the"dual carbon"goals.However,prefabricated buildings in our country are in the early stage of rapid development,and there is a lack of systematic management of the cost of prefabricated buildings,which greatly increases the cost of prefabricated buildings and hinders their further development.In order to effectively reduce the operating costs of prefabricated construction enterprises and increase their benefits,this article takes B prefabricated construction company as an example,combines the actual situation of the enterprise,comprehensively applies cost management theory and methods,and proposes a practical and feasible multi-stage management plan for operating costs.At the same time,this article is also an effective supplement to the research on operating cost management of prefabricated construction enterprises.The proposed solutions to reduce operating costs can also provide reference and guidance for related enterprises to reduce operating costs.
