摘要
身处数字化时代的质量变革,面临从"质量零缺陷"到"质量零距离"的发展趋势,对组织与流程的数字化转型提出了挑战.如何突破数据资源的无限性与人对数据需求有限性的矛盾?在人机融合和智能交互的"人机学习"新科技时代,关注人的积极能动性.让员工成为数据与人机学习的主角,围绕需要感知哪些数据、需要怎样的高质量数据、怎样通过数据赋能组织创新活力进行论述,文章试图在以人为本的智能制造新质能力建设方面,就把握数据学习的机会、面向流程的数据知识交叉整合和开展高速学习提出实践与探索的建议.
Abstract
In the digital era of quality transformation,facing the development trend from"zero quality defect"to"zero quality distance"it posed the challenges of digital transformation of organizations and processes.How to break through the contradiction between the infinity of data resources and the limitation of human demand for data?In the era of new"human-machine learning"of human-machine integration and intelligent interaction,focus on people's positive initiative and aim to let employees become the protagonist of data and human-machine learning,around what data to perceive,what high-quality data to need,and how to empower innovation through data,the paper tried to build a new quality capacity for people-oriented intelligent manufacturing,put forward suggestions on practice and exploration of grasp the opportunity of data learning,process-oriented data knowledge cross-integration,and to carry out high-speed learning.
