摘要
质量是企业的立身之本,管理是企业的生存之基.质量某种程度上反映了一个企业的综合实力,是企业核心竞争力的体现,也是企业文明程度的体现.面对竞争越来越激烈的市场,产品质量、服务质量、工作质量等严重影响企业竞争力.质量是企业的生命,企业独特的质量理念和质量模式是连接成本、利润和价值的根本因素.本文结合企业战略和开关型企业特点,提出了一种"开关型"质量管理模式,并对其进行了深入的阐述.
Abstract
Quality is the foundation of an enterprise,and management is the basis of its survival.Quality somehow reflects the comprehensive strength of an enterprise,it is the embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises and industries,and also it is the embodiment of the degree of civilization of enterprises.In the face of increasingly competitive market,product quality,service quality,work quality and other serious impact on the competitiveness of enterprises.Quality is the life of an enterprise,and the unique quality concept and quality model are the fundamental factors connecting cost,profit and value.This paper combines the enterprise strategy and the characteristics of the switching type enterprise,puts forward a kind of"switching type"quality management mode,and gives an in-depth exposition on this quality management mode.
