摘要
本文以质量4.0背景下数字化质量理念为指导,实践对传统生产制造过程质量指标的数字化改造和升级.以首次通过率(FPY)为基础,本文完成了数字化产品通过率(Digital Pass Yield,DPY)制定及其数字化系统构建应用研究,探索数字化质量管理新模式和质量管理方法创新.
Abstract
Guided by the concept of digital quality in the context of Quality 4.0,this pager practically explores the digitization of traditional MFG processing quality metric.The formulation of Digital Pass Yield(DPY)and with the construction of its digital system were completed based on the First Pass Yield(FPY).This study aims to explore new digital quality management modes and innovative quality management methods.
