摘要
新能源汽车搭载的高压系统给车辆生产人员带来潜在的安全风险,为体现企业的社会责任,创造安全的生产环境,保障生产经营顺利进行,建立新能源车载高压系统安全生产体系意义重大.安全生产体系以搭载锂电池储能单元的新能源汽车作为研究对象,全面覆盖"人、机、料、法、环"等生产要素,主要包括:通过理论实际操作培训搭建新能源人才梯队、组建覆盖流程体系和现场管理标准化的高压安全组织、推行生产现场安全管理标准化、施行风险评估用以识别伤害风险和制定措施、组织多部联动的实景演练锤炼全员应急保障能力.安全生产体系的建立为企业的高质量、稳定发展带来强大助力.
Abstract
The NEV high-voltage system poses potential safety risks to vehicle production operators.To reflect the social responsibility of enterprises,create a safe production environment,ensure smooth production and operation,it is necessary to build up a safety system for NEV high-voltage.The safety system takes NEV equipped with lithium battery as the research object,comprehensively covering production factors such as human,machine,material,method,and environment.It mainly includes building a new energy talent team through theoretical and practical training,establishing a high-voltage safety organization with standardized coverage process system and on-site management,on site safety management standardization,introducing risk assessments to identify injury risks and define counter measures.The establishment of safety system provides strong support for the high-quality and stable development of company.
