摘要
在全球制造业正迈向数字化、智能化时代背景下,中国制造业高质量发展战略指引下,汽车产业进入全新时代,供应链生产方式发生了深度变革.针对汽车行业的痛点、堵点问题,聚焦"协同制造""智能监测""智能诊断"的研究,创建汽车供应链协同智造新模式,开发汽车供应链协同智造工业互联网平台,实现了整车企业与供应链的数据、信息和资源的高度共享、高效协同.基于数字孪生智能监测和人机交互技术,公司开发汽车供应链数字化工厂专业化、一体化、平台化的制造过程智能监控系统,打通设备底层数据通道,实现了供应链生产制造全过程的在线感知和智能决策;基于供应链能力水平、质量水平、发展潜力,设计汽车供应链健康度模型和评价指标体系;搭建供应链的"全景画像"数据库系统,实现对供应链大数据的全面、高效、实时智能监测;深度挖掘供应链产品全生命周期大数据,实现了对汽车供应链运营能力的智能诊断、风险的智能预警、行业差距的智能分析、短板的精准定位;从而优化供应链资源配置,以数据驱动汽车产业链不断改善,提升供应链管控效率和稳定水平,形成了数据"采集-交互-分析-预测"四位一体的汽车供应链数智化管理关键技术,打造汽车智慧供应链生态,引导汽车产业由"制造"向"智造"转型升级.
Abstract
The global manufacturing industry is moving towards digital and intelligent era,under the guidance of high quality development strategy of China's manufacturing industry,the automobile industry has entered a new era.Supply chain production mode has changed significantly.In view of the pain points and blottleneck of the automobile industry,focusing on the study of collaborative manufacturing,intelligent monitoring and intelligent diagnosis,thecompany create a new model of collaborative manufacturing in automotive supply chain,a big data application,cloud computing and other next-generation information technologies,develop a collaborative intelligent manufacturing industrial internet platform for automobile supply chain.It realizes the high degree of data,information and resources sharing as well as coordinations between OEM and supply chain.Based on digital intelligent monitoring and human-computer interaction technology,we develop specialized,integrated and platform-based intelligent manufacturing process monitoring system for digital factory of automobile supply chain.We open the underlying data channel of the device,the online perception and intelligent decision of the whole process of supply chain manufacturing are realized.Based on the three dimensions of supply chain manufacturing capacity,quality level and risk degree,the company design multi-dimensional evaluation model and index system of automotive supply chain.We Build the"Full dimensions portrait"database system of supply chain,deep diving of supply chain product life cycle big data.It has realized the intelligent diagnosis of automobile supply chain operation ability,intelligent warning of risks,intelligent analysis of industry gap and precise identifying the shortfall.It has formed a key technology of digital management of automobile supply chain with data"acquisition,interaction,analysis and prediction".So as to achieve comprehensive,efficient and real-time intelligent monitoring of supply chain big data,it can optimize the allocation of supply chain resources,continuous optimization and improvement of the automotive industry chain driven by data,improve the efficiency and stability of supply chain control,forming the digital ecology of automobile supply chain.We will guide the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry from"manufacturing"to"intelligent manufacturing".
