高质量发展背景下民营家族企业代际传承问题及对策

摘要
作为民营经济的重要组成部分,民营家族企业的可持续发展是民营经济高质量发展的重要支撑.代际传承是民营家族企业的主要传承方式,却面临着内部治理不到位、外部环境不给力等制约因素.需要政府、社会、企业三方协同,实现民营家族企业的成功传承.政府层面要做好顶层设计,制订代际传承促进政策,营造良好的代际传承环境;社会层面要搭建多元平台、强化产教融合,提升代际传承人的综合素质;民营家族企业要通过现代企业制度建设、强化内部治理、优化传承机制,顺利实现代际传承.
Abstract
As an important component of the private economy,the sustainable development of private family enterprises is an important support for the high-quality development of the private economy.The intergenerational inheritance is the main way of inheritance of private family enterprises,but it is faced with such constraints as inadequate internal governance and inadequate external environment.The government,society,and enterprises need to collaborate to achieve the successful inheritance of private family enterprises.The government should do a good job in top-level design,formulate policies to promote intergenerational inheritance,and create a good environment for intergenerational inheritance.At the social level,it is necessary to build diverse platforms,strengthen the integration of industry and education,and enhance the comprehensive quality of intergenerational inheritors.Private family enterprises should smoothly achieve intergenerational inheritance through the construction of modern enterprise systems,strengthening internal governance,and optimizing inheritance mechanisms.
