摘要
质量作为消费者网购商品关注最多的因素,直接影响着消费者对电商平台服装产品的满意程度.本文对电商平台服装产品常见投诉原因进行了汇总和分析,并提出了相应的改进建议,旨在为电商平台和商家改进问题提供一些理论依据,提升消费者网购的满意度.
Abstract
Quality,as the factor that consumers pay the most attention to online shopping,directly affects consumers'satisfaction with clothing products on e-commerce platforms.This paper summarizes and analyzes the causes of common complaints about the quality of clothing products on e-commerce platforms,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions,aiming to provide some theoretical basis for e-commerce platforms and merchants to improve the problem and improve consumers'satisfaction with online shopping.
