Abstract
Overall planning is a treasure with unique Chinese cultural characteristics.Coordination Studies is a theory with excellent traditional cultural genes of the Chinese nation.Using the theory of overall planning to interpret the issue of"Coordinating high-quality development and high-level safety"in the process of Chinese path to modernization,especially proposing the procedures and key links of"Coordinating high-quality development and high-level safety",can better implement and practice the strategy of"Coordinating high-level development and high-quality safety".
