本文以供应链背景下的质量管理理念和实践为基础,结合新质生产力对企业和产业发展的需求,论述了供应链质量管理如何推动和实现社会化生产各主体的管理思想转变、生产组织形式变革和劳动者素质提升.质量管理作为企业运营的基础工作,已经走上了变革之路,以满足高质量发展需求.
Abstract
Based on the concept and practice of quality management(QM)under the background of supply chain,and based on the demand of new quality productivity forces for the development of enterprises and industries,this paper discusses how to promote and realize the transformation of management ideas,the transformation of production organization model and the improvement the quality of laborers in the QM of supply chain.As the basic work of enterprise operation,QM has on the path of change to meet the needs of high-quality development.
