摘要
知识管理对企业来说是个重要的增值和提升过程,借助信息技术形成企业全员共享的知识体系将深度影响和推动企业的发展.知识管理程度是企业能否持久发力、保持强有力的市场竞争力的重要因素之一.本文基于企业知识管理平台搭建的研究与实践过程,探讨了企业实施知识管理过程的思路和方法,具有普遍借鉴意义.
Abstract
Knowledge management is an important value-added and upgrading process for enterprises.The formation of a knowledge system shared by all employees with the help of information technology will deeply influence and promote the development of enterprises.The degree of knowledge management is one of the important factors for enterprises to make lasting efforts and maintain strong market competitiveness.Based on the research and practice process of building the knowledge management platform of the enterprises,this paper discusses the ideas and methods of implementing the knowledge management process of enterprises,which has universal reference significance.
