摘要
质量作为产品的一个关键要素,从前期质量管理体系标准的迅速普及,到运用体系管理方法来提升质量效益;从产品质量由"检验"到"预防",再到生产的全面管控;无不对质量管理提出更多更高的要求.本文从产品全寿命周期的质量管理现状及问题入手,重点阐述构建质量管理系统的思路、设计方案以及优势所在.
Abstract
Quality as a key element of the product has evolved from the rapid popularization of quality management system standards in the early stages to the use of system management methods to improve quality efficiency.From"inspection"to"prevention"of product quality,and then to produce with total quality control,there are always more and higher requirements for quality management.With the current status and problems of quality management throughout the product lifecycle,this paper focuses on the ideas,design solutions and advantages of building a quality management system.
