摘要
本文对企业架构在能源企业的发展进行系统总结,全面分析企业架构在能源企业应用的难点和痛点,针对当前新型电力系统建设及数字化转型,构建现代能源体系的形势和要求,提出运用企业架构理论方法推进电网企业数字化转型和业务重构升级的思路方案.通过实践有力证明了该方案的有效性,具备较强的推广价值.
Abstract
This article systematically summarizes the development of enterprise architecture in energy enterprises,comprehensively analyzes the difficulties and pain points of enterprise architecture application in energy enterprises,and proposes a solution to promote the digital transformation and business restructuring and upgrading of power grid enterprises using enterprise architecture theory and methods in response to the current situation and requirements of building a modern energy system for the construction of new power systems and digital transformation.The effectiveness of this plan has been strongly proven through practice,and it has strong promotional value.
