摘要

本文基于全寿命周期理论,根据风电机组大部件生产流程、使用过程与现场维护要求等方面的特点,将风电机组各大部件分为七个阶段进行风险分析.在风险分析过程中,通过确定出的各大部件各个阶段的控制要点,即可制定出基于全寿命周期的风力发电机组大部件的风险分析导图.应用模式的建立采用将风险分析中的控制要点融入产品过程质量控制中.旨在提供一种控制风电机组整体质量的思路和方法.

Abstract

Based on the whole life cycle theory,according to the characteristics of production process,in-service process and on-site maintenance requirements of large components of wind turbine generator system(WTGS),and divided into seven stages for risk analysis.In the process of risk analysis,by determining the control points of large component at each stage,the risk analysis map of the large components of WTGS based on the whole life cycle can be developed.The application model is established by integrating the control points of risk analysis into the product process quality control,aiming at providing an idea and method to control the overall quality of WTGS.
