摘要
针对各装备维修机构维修生产作业类型多样、装备维修效率不高和质量管控把握不严等问题,开展装备维修机构质量管控规范化研究.首先从业务管理、修理实施和质量管控3个方面建立标准的、全面的装备修理流程,然后依据业务开展层级和修理实施过程深入分析质量管控与装备维修的流程关系.最后详细分析说明质量管控规范化的工作内容.通过所建立的全面的、标准的、规范的装备维修流程和质量管控工作,装备维修机构可以有效地开展修理工作,能够有效地提高装备维修的效率和质量.
Abstract
To solve the problems in equipment maintenance organization,such as the diversity of maintenance and production operation type,the inefficiency of equipment maintenance,and the non-rigorousness of quality management and control,the research on the standardization of quality management and control of equipment maintenance organization was conducted and implemented.First,the standard and overall process of equipment maintenance was established in 3 aspects,which are operation management,maintenance implementation,and quality management and control.Then,the relationship between equipment maintenance process and quality management and control process was analyzed based on hierarchy of operation implementation and procedure of maintenance implementation.Finally,the work contents of standard quality management and control were discussed and analyzed based on the processes.The equipment maintenance organization could carry out the maintenance work efficiently and effectively according to the overall,standard and normal equipment maintenance process and quality management and control work.
