摘要

文章介绍了高质量精细化过程控制的质量管理创新模式,管理模式运行过程包含"质量保证体系和标杆体系双循环闭环控制""信息化平台支撑运转""质量单元信得过班组建设的主线驱动",采取全过程质量控制,不断应用质量管理工具和创新方法,精细化管理和管理优化,实现卓越质量绩效,培育一流团队和专家队伍建设优质工程.该模式可适于各行业、企业及工程管理,可提升管理水平.

Abstract

This article introduces an innovative quality management model for high-quality and refined process control.The operation process of the management model includes"dual cycle closed-loop control of quality assurance system and benchmark system""information platform support operation",and"quality units trust the main driving force of team construction".It adopts full process quality control,continuously applies quality management tools and innovative methods,and optimizes refined management and management,to achieve excellent quality performance,cultivate first-class teams and expert teams to build high-quality projects.The model can be suitable for various industries,enterprises,and engineering management,which can improve management level.
