摘要

在国家校企合作相关政策的指引下,高职院校开拓双元育人办学思路,有助于促进校企合作,为高质量发展提供人才保障.本文以广东行政职业学院"社区管理与服务专业"为例,分析当前高职校企双元育人实践的主要瓶颈在于企业参与深度不足,分析其根源主要表现为忽视企业利益、双元育人渠道不畅、政策供给不足等几个方面,需要以产业需求为导向,从平衡校企利益、打通双元育人渠道、提升资源互补性、整合完善法律法规建设、清晰落实鼓励措施等方面狠下功夫、扎实推进.

Abstract

Under the guidance of the national policy of school-enterprise cooperation,vocational colleges open up the idea of dual education,which is helpful to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises and provide talents guarantee for high-quality development.Taking the community management and service major of Guangdong Vocational Institute of public Administration as an example,this paper analyzes that the main bottleneck of dual education practice of higher vocational colleges and enterprises lies in the lack of enterprise participation,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:neglecting the interests of enterprises,lack of dual educational channels and insufficient supply of policies,etc..It need promote the complementarity of resources,integrate and improve the construction of laws and regulations,clearly implement incentives and other aspects of hard work,make solid progress.
