A Study on the Dual Education Path of Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises in Guangdong Province in the New Development Stage——Take"Community Management and Service Specialty"of Guangdong Vocational Institute of Public Administration as an example
Under the guidance of the national policy of school-enterprise cooperation,vocational colleges open up the idea of dual education,which is helpful to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises and provide talents guarantee for high-quality development.Taking the community management and service major of Guangdong Vocational Institute of public Administration as an example,this paper analyzes that the main bottleneck of dual education practice of higher vocational colleges and enterprises lies in the lack of enterprise participation,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:neglecting the interests of enterprises,lack of dual educational channels and insufficient supply of policies,etc..It need promote the complementarity of resources,integrate and improve the construction of laws and regulations,clearly implement incentives and other aspects of hard work,make solid progress.
