摘要

面包是日常生活中常见的一种快捷食品,其大部分被作为方便食品使用,但是,面包的生产关键环节一旦控制不好,质量安全会遭到威胁.本文就如何在面包的生产管理过程中进行质量管理与安全控制进行了初步探讨与研究,以期为面包业的健康发展提供可靠的依据,并为质量监管提供必要的技术支持.

Abstract

Bread is a relatively common and fast food in daily life,and most of it is used as convenience food.However,once the key links in the production of bread are not well controlled,its quality and safety are threatened.This article has conducted a preliminary discussion and research on how to conduct quality management and safety control in the production and management process of bread,with a view to providing reliable basis for the healthy development of the bread industry and providing necessary technical support for quality supervision.
