Military research institutes is an important part of China's military industry,with its own continuous development,its outsourcing industry chain is also constantly extended,outsourcing products are increasing,and gradually become the key factor affecting military products.Strengthening the quality management of military scientific research institutes,reducing the quality risk of external products,ensuring the quality stability of delivered products,would lay the foundation for the high quality development of military scientific research institutes.
