摘要
本文介绍了DevOps模式概念、产生背景及国内应用现状,并以L项目为例,介绍项目在原敏捷模式下出现的问题及转型为DevOps模式所进行的质量管理方法变革,用客观数据说明了所取得的成果.通过一个中型项目的实践验证了 DevOps在软件研制质效提升方面的显著作用.
Abstract
This article introduces the concept,background,and current application status of DevOps mode,and takes L project as an example to introduce the problems occurred in Agile mode and the quality management method transformation to DevOps mode.The results obtained are explained with objective data.The significant role of DevOps in improving software development quality and efficiency has been validated through a medium-sized project.
