摘要
本文立足于炼化企业的储运系统,结合DCS控制系统,讨论了针对油品的收、储、发等油品储运的各个环节进行质量管控的几项措施,旨在充分发挥信息化、智能化手段,尽可能降低人工操作对油品质量的影响.
Abstract
Based on the storage and transportation system of refining and chemical enterprises,combined with Distributed Control System,we discuss several measures for the quality control of all aspects of oil storage and transportation,in order to give full play to information and intelligent means,and reduce the impact of manual operation on oil quality as far as possible.
