摘要
生产调度是连接企业生产各个环节的中心枢纽,不但要实时掌握产线生产动态,对生产环节进行过程控制,还要对各部门的工作进行必要的管理协调,是组织和协调各部门的指挥中心、是生产的管理中心.研究炼钢调度系统的高效组织管理,提高生产管理水平,减少过程损失,降低生产成本,增强企业效益.采用生产调度集中一贯式管理模式,精设组织机构,可实现高效协同、工序服从和标准化作业.生产实践表明,调度集中一贯式管理全面、高效,是生产管理的有效手段.
Abstract
Production scheduling is the central hub connecting all aspects of enterprise production,not only to grasp the real-time production line production dynamics,process control of production links,but also the work of various departments to carry out the necessary management coordination,is the organization and coordination of various departments of the command center,is the management center of production.Study the efficient organization and management of steelmaking scheduling system,improve the level of production management,reduce process losses,decrease production costs,and enhance corporate benefits.Adopting a centralized and consistent management mode for production scheduling,with a refined organizational structure,can achieve efficient collaboration,process compliance,and standardized operations.Production practice shows that the centralized and consistent management of scheduling is comprehensive,efficient and an effective means of production management.
