摘要
城市轨道交通作为城市公共交通体系的重要组成部分,其运营管理、服务质量直接影响着乘客的出行体验.在分析国内外现有城市轨道交通运营管理指标体系基础上,结合中车城轨PPP项目管理实际,以强化安全、突出中车质量管理特色、与时俱进、注重时效为原则,文章构建了具有中车特色的运营管理质量指标体系,以期提升中车现有城轨PPP项目运营管理及服务质量.
Abstract
Urban rail transit is an important part of urban public transport system,and its operation management and service quality directly affect passengers'travel experience.Based on the analysis of the existing urban rail transit operation management index system at home and abroad,combined with the actual management of CRRC urban rail PPP project,based on the principles of strengthening safety,highlighting CRRC quality management characteristics,advancing with the Times and focusing on timeliness,this paper constructs an operation management quality index system with CRRC characteristics,in order to improve the operation management and service quality of CRRC existing urban rail PPP projects.
