Growth Performance of Different Provenances Sandalwood (Santalum, album L.) in Hilly Area, Guangdong
Significant variability in related growth traits were showed on 7 provenances of sandalwood during 3 years observation.The provenances (4,5,6) showed relatively better growth performances in height, crown, and stem form,suggested that these provenances were superior trees compared with others in Kaiping Guandong.The provenances (2,7) were poor or slow growth.And 1 ,3 provenances grew moderately ,belonging to promising provenances.
