牛角瓜种子萌发对PEG模拟干旱胁迫的响应

为了阐明牛角瓜种子对干旱胁迫的耐受性,采用培养皿滤纸萌发的方法研究了不同浓度(0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%和30%)的PEG-6000溶液对牛角瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,并观察胁迫解除后种子的萌发恢复能力.结果表明:随着干旱胁迫增强,牛角瓜种子的日相对萌发率、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、抗旱指数均呈下降趋势;低浓度(5%、10%)PEG胁迫可以促进牛角瓜种子胚根生长,而高浓度则具有抑制作用;25%、30% PEG浓度时牛角瓜种子未见萌发,胁迫解除后,在适宜条件下可以恢复萌发,且25%PEG浓度处理下,种子仍具有较高萌发能力.
Seed Germination of Calotropis gigantean Under Drought Stress Simulated by PEG
In order to study the water tolerance of Calotropis gigantean in seed germination stage,the effect of different PEG-6000 solutions(5% ,10% ,15% ,20% ,25% and 30%) on the seed germination and seedling growth were conducted by Petri dish and filter paper germination method.And the germination recovery after presoaking with PEG solution were studied.The results showed that:with the increase of drought stress, daily relative germination rate, germination percentage, germination potential,germination index,vigor index and drought index showed a downward trend,and the lower concentration PEG(5%, 10%) can promote the radicle length, whereas high concentration had inhibition effects.Whereas the 25% or 30% PEG concentration, the seeds of G.gigantean did not germinate.Nevertheless, when the stress was removed, under appropriate conditions, the seed recovered their germination.The seed treated with 25% PEG solution could remain high germination.
