玉米种质资源对亚洲玉米螟的抗性鉴定与评价

在自然感虫条件下,对133份玉米种质进行了田间抗玉米螟鉴定与评价.结果表明,不同玉米种质资源对玉米螟的抗虫性存在差异,大部分玉米种质表现为感或高感二代玉米螟,部分自交系的抗螟虫性不受发育阶段的影响,而部分自交系会因发育阶段的不同而发生变化.对一代、二代玉米螟均表现为中抗的自交系有3份:泰2-4、CIMBL 26、A4,这些抗虫资源可用于今后的种质创新及杂交种选育.
Identification and Evaluation of Maize Germplasm for Resistance to Corn Borer
133 maize germplasm were identified for resistance to corn borer under conditions of infec ting insects naturally.The results showed that the resistance of germplasm to corn borer were difference,the most of which were sensitive or high sensitive to the second generation borer.The resistance of some inbred lines was consistent during different development stages, and the others' resistance changes with development stages.Tai 2-4,CIMBL 26,A 4 were moderate resistant to the first generation borer and the second generation borer.These insect-resistant resources can be used in creating new germplasm and hybrids.
