层积处理对草果种子萌发的影响

以草果种子为材料,研究温度和光照、恒温层积、变温层积以及脱水后层积对种子萌发的影响.结果表明:新鲜草果种子具有显著的休眠特性,恒温层积和变温层积均能打破草果种子休眠,其中,15℃暖温层积处理效果最佳,暖温层积90 d后种子萌发率高达82.0%;草果种子含水量对种子萌发具有显著影响,当种子含水量降低至15%以下时萌发率显著下降.
Effect of Stratification on Seed Germination of Amomum tsaoko
In this research,we studied the effect of temperature and light,constant temperature stratification,alternating temperature stratification and stratification after dehydration on seed germination of Amomum tsaoko.The results showed that the viability of freshly seed was significantly greater than the germination rate,which indicated that there was obvious dormancy phenomenon in freshly collected Amomum tsaoko seeds.Both constant temperature stratification and alternating temperature stratification could promote seed dormancy release of Amomum tsaoko,but the treatment effect of warm stratification was the best.After warm stratification for 90 days,the germination percentage of Amomum tsaoko seeds was up to 82.0%.Seed moisture content of Amomum tsaoko could significantly influence seed germination,when seed moisture content was lower than 15%,seed germination rate decreased significantly.
