种子引发对芹菜种子发芽、幼苗生长及产量的影响

以西芹“文图拉”为试验材料,研究了CaCl2、PEG、H2O2引发对芹菜植株生长、生理生化特性和产量的影响.结果表明,CaCl2、PEG、H2O23种引发处理均具有促进种子萌发、幼苗生长,提高SOD、POD、CAT酶活性,降低MDA含量,提高芹菜产量的作用.3种引发方法的促进作用不同,PEG处理促进种子萌发作用最大,CaCl2处理促进芹菜幼苗生长的作用最大,H2O2处理对提高芹菜产量作用最大.
The Effect of Seed Priming on Celery Seed Germination,Seedling Growth and Yield
This experiment with Wentula celery as the materials,used CaCl2,PEG,H2O2 three priming methods to treat the celery seeds,to explore the effects of priming on plant growth,physiological and biochemical characteristics of celery and yield.The results showed that all three priming methods could promoted seed priming and seedling growth,raised the activities of SOD、POD、CAT,decreased MDA content.After planting,priming could increased the yield of celery.Comprehensive comparison effect of three priming on celery,PEG promoted seed priming best,CaCl2 promoted the growth of celery seedlings significantly.However,the effect of H2O2 on celery yield was the most significant.
