Study on Seed Germination Characteristics of Two Species Rhododendron
To explored germination characteristics of Rhododendron seed,the germination experiments were done under different storage methods,different illumination and different temperature.The conclusions showed that,dry storage at room temperature was the best storage way of two species Rhododendron,continuous illumination for 14 hours was beneficial to seed germination,the germination rate and potentiality of R.decorum that under variable temperature were significantly improved,the germination rate and germination potentiality of R.irroratum that under constant temperature were improved.
