Effect of Light on Germination and Antioxidant Metabolism of Allium mongolicum Seed
Study on the effect of light on Germination and antioxidant metabolism of Allium mongolicum seed.The results showed that 12 h and 24 h light seed germination rate of Allium mongolicum were 20.8％ and 8.8％,showed that the Allium mongolicum seed for dark seed,and exist light dormancy phenomenon;in the 12 h and 24 h light treatment,germination of early SOD and POD activity and Vc content in high level,MDA and CAT was lower than that of control,and in late SOD,seed germination decreased,the activity of POD,MDA and CAT content increase,this illustrates that in light stress,membrane lipid peroxidation of Allium mongolicum seed germination stage enhanced.
