摘要

为了探究低磷胁迫下不同品种的棉花对磷的反应机理,本试验采用水培方法,对21个不同基因型的棉花品种进行高磷(KH2PO4 1×10-3mol/L)处理和低磷(KH2PO4 1×10-5mol/L)处理,通过主成分分析等统计方法,探讨了不同磷含量对棉花幼苗期根系形态的影响.结果表明,低磷处理后的棉花的根体积、根表面积均明显增加;随着磷含量的降低,棉花根系生长也会呈下降趋势.筛选得到1个磷高效棉花品种、2个磷中等棉花品种和18个磷低效棉花品种.棉苗总根长度、根面积、根表面积、根体积等指标在不同磷处理和各品种之间有明显差别,可以用来评价棉花品种的耐磷能力.

Abstract

In order to better explore the response mechanism of different cotton varieties to phosphor-us under low phosphorus stress,and 21 cotton varieties of different genotypes were treated with high phosphorus(KH2PO4 1×10-3 mol/L)and low phosphorus(KH2PO4 1 × 10-2 mol/L)by hydroponic method,the effects of different phosphorus contents on root morphology of cotton seedlings were studied through statistical methods like principal component analysis.The results showed that the root volume and root surface area of cotton increased significantly after low phosphorus treatment,and the root growth of cotton decreased with the decrease of phosphorus content.Through screening,1 high-phosphorus cotton variety,2 medium-phosphorus cotton varieties and 18 low-phosphorus cot-ton varieties were obtained.It was also found that there were significant differences in total root length,root area,root surface area and root volume among different phosphorus treatments and vari-eties,which could be used to evaluate the phosphorus tolerance of cotton varieties.
