X射线显微CT技术无损检测检疫性杂草种子

为了探索检疫性杂草种子无损检测技术,建立全新的检疫对象鉴定模式,本研究使用X射线显微CT检测系统专用的三维快速重建以及可视化建模软件,通过数据采集、图像重建和三维重组,对检疫性杂草种子样品进行高分辨率内部断层扫描和整体三维成像.本研究实现了检疫性杂草苍耳属(非中国种)种子样品的层析三维成像以及内部二维信息的可视化.X射线显微CT技术可为口岸截获检疫性杂草的无损检测提供技术服务和支持.
Non-destructive Detection of Quarantine Weed Seeds by X-μCT
In order to explore a new non-destructive detection technology of quarantine weed seeds,and established a new identification model of quarantine objects.In this research,the software of three-di-mensional rapid reconstruction and visual modeling for X-rays micro computed tomography detection system were conducted,through data collection,image reconstruction and 3-D reconstruction,high-resolution internal tomography and whole 3-D imaging of seed samples of the quarantine weed were performed.The tomographic three-dimensional imaging and internal two-dimensional information of the Xanthium spp.(non-chinese species)samples were realized.X-μCT could provide technical service and support for non-destructive detection of quarantine weeds intercepted at ports.
