本研究利用Illumina HiSeqTM 6000平台对超低温保存前后的马尾松种子进行转录组测序分析,共获得51.79 Gb的过滤数据,冻存前后共鉴定到2 122个差异表达基因,其中823个上调,1 299个下调.GO富集分析表明,163个差异表达基因被显著富集到33个GO条目中;KEGG富集分析表明,169个差异表达基因显著富集到79条代谢通路.根据KO和KEGG结果,从富集到植物激素信号转导通路、植物MAPK信号通路、淀粉和蔗糖代谢通路、转录因子通路上的基因中,筛选出19个差异表达基因.
Transcriptome Sequencing Analysis on Pinus massoniana Seeds after and before Cryopreservation
In this study,the Illumina HiSeqTM 6000 platform was used to analyze the transcriptome sequencing of Pinus massoniana seeds before and after cryopreservation.A total of 51.79 Gb filter data were obtained.A total of 2 122 differentially expressed genes were identified before and after cryopreservation,of which 823 were up-regulated and 1 299 were down-regulated.GO enrichment analysis showed that 163 differentially expressed genes were significantly enriched in 33 GO terms,and KEGG enrichment analysis showed that 169 differentially expressed genes were significantly enriched to 79 pathways.According to the results of KO and KEGG,19 differentially expressed genes were selected from the plant hormone signal transduction pathway,plant MAPK signal pathway,starch and sucrose metabolism pathway,and transcription factor pathway.
