基于DUS测试性状的冀北地区马铃薯品种遗传多样性分析

本研究通过马铃薯DUS测试性状,对适合在冀北地区种植的39个马铃薯品种展开遗传多样性分析以及性状的表型分析.结果表明,共检测到44个DUS测试性状的209个等位变异,平均每个性状检测到4.75个.多样性指数大于1的性状有34个,包括30个数量性状和4个假质量性状.多样性指数小于1的性状有10个,包括6个数量性状、2个假质量性状和2个质量性状.相关性分析表明,块茎表皮颜色,芽眼基部颜色与复叶主脉上表面花青甙显色强度高度相关.聚类分析将39个品种分成3组,每个组群具有各自独特的表型特征,各组特征性状与DUS测试指南指导分组性状一致.研究表明,DUS测试性状数量多,多样性也较高,可对马铃薯品种资源进行较为全面的客观评价.
Genetic Diversity Analysis of Potato Varieties in the Northern Hebei Province Based on DUS Testing Traits
In this study,the genetic diversity and phenotypic characters of 39 potato varieties suitable for planting in northern Hebei were analyzed by potato DUS test traits.The results showed that 209 allelic variations were detected in 44 DUS test traits,with an average of 4.75 alleles per trait.There were 34 traits with diversity index greater than 1,including 30 quantitative traits and 4 pseudo-quality traits.There were 10 traits with diversity index less than 1,including 6 quantitative traits,2 pseudo-quality traits and 2 quality traits.The correlation analysis of traits showed that the color of tuber epidermis and the color of bud eye base were highly correlated with the color intensity of anthocyanin on the upper surface of the main vein of compound leaves.Cluster analysis showed that 39 varieties were divided into 3 groups,and each group had its own unique phenotypic characteristics,and the charac teristic traits of each group were consistent with the guidelines.The study showed that the DUS test traits had large quantity and high diversity,which could be used for a more comprehensive and objective evaluation of potato variety resources.
