摘要

本研究以多叶棘豆种子为材料,通过观察种子形态特征,研究种子生活力、种子吸水率、种子破除硬实、种子萌发等指标,分析多叶棘豆种子休眠的原因.用不同的方式处理种子,探索种子休眠的解除方法.结果表明,多叶棘豆种子生活力达77.80%,但不处理种皮的完整种子发芽率极低.用砂纸打磨能破除种子硬实,硬实率降低至7%,发芽率为86%.砂纸破除种子硬实后,50 mg/L IBA对种子发芽的促进作用表现最为明显,发芽率高达97%,平均发芽天数短于对照.综合比较,先用砂纸打磨种皮,再用50 mg/L的IBA溶液处理后多叶棘豆种子的发芽效果最好.

Abstract

In this study,the seeds of Oxytropis myriophylla were used as the material,and the rea-sons for the dormancy of seeds of Oxytropis myriophylla were analyzed by observing the morpholog-ical characteristics of seeds,the seed vitality,seed water absorption,seed breaking hardness and seed germination were studied.Seeds were treated differently and the ways to lift seed hibernation were ex-plored.The viability of the seeds used in the experiment reached 77.80%,but the germination rate of intact seeds without treating the seed coat was extremely low.Treatment with sandpaper could break the hardness of seeds,and the hardness rate reduced to 7%;The germination rate was 86%.After the sandpaper broke the hardness of the seeds,the promotion effect on seed germination was most ob-vious when the IBA concentration was 50 mg/L,the germination rate was as high as 97%,and the average germination days were shorter than those of the control.Comprehensive comparison,the ger-mination effect of Oxytropis myriophylla seeds was best after the seed coat was treated with sandpa-per and then treated with IBA solution of 50 mg/L.
