谷子成熟期性状表现是影响谷子产量和品质的重要因素.为揭示控制成熟期性状的遗传机理,开展理想性状标记辅助选择育种,调查了 203个样本的成穗茎数、穗茎姿态、穗形状、颖壳色、颖果颜色、穗茎长度、单穗重、出谷率、总穗重等9个成熟期性状并进行基因组重测序,开展单核苷酸多态性SNP位点标记(使用了 82 738个保守位点)与成熟期性状的全基因组关联分析.,结果表明,与成穗茎数、穗茎姿态、穗形状、颖壳色、颖果颜色、穗茎长度、单穗重、出谷率、总穗重关联的SNP关键位点在9条染色体上均有分布.
Genome-wide Association Analysis of Maturity Traits in Setaria italica Using 96kSNP Microarrays
Maturity traits are important factors influencing Setaria italica grain yield and quality.In order to elucidate the genetic mechanism controlling maturity traits and to lay the foundation for marker-assisted selection and breeding of desirable traits,nine maturity traits,namely number of mature stems,stilt position,spike shape,glume colour,glume colour,spike length,single spike weight,grain yield and total spike weight of 203 samples were investigated,and their genome rese-quencing was conducted.Genome-wide association analysis of single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)markers(82 738 conserved loci were used)with nine maturity traits was performed and the results showed that the major SNPs associated with number of mature stems,stem attitude,spike shape,glume colour,glume colour,spike length,single spike weight,grain yield and total spike weight were distributed on all nine chromosomes.
