酸枣种子性状及生物活性成分综合评价与分析

为深入发掘辽西地区酸枣种质资源,筛选具有重要应用潜力的资源类型,本试验以4个优良酸枣为研究对象,测定种子的横径、纵径、百粒重、总皂苷、生物碱、黄酮、脂肪酸等14个主要性状及生物活性成分,并利用相关性分析及隶属函数法对其进行综合评价.结果表明,参试的4个酸枣品种中,优系2的出仁率最高,达23.15%,优系1虽然种核最大、重量最高,但出仁率最低,仅10.02%,4个酸枣品种种子均有双仁现象.优系2的总糖、黄酮、总酚含量最高,优系1的总皂苷含量最高,优系3的总生物碱含量最高,优系4的粗脂肪含量最高.平均隶属函数值依次为:优系2>优系1>优系3>优系4.14个指标变异系数在4%~46%之间,总糖、总酚的变异系数小于10%,生物碱、总皂苷、核百粒重、双仁率、黄酮、出仁率的变异系数较大.种核横径、种核纵径、两径均值、核型指数、核百粒重、仁百粒重、总皂苷之间呈极显著或显著正相关.经隶属函数法确定综合得分从高到低依次是优系2、优系1、优系3、优系4.
Comprehensive Evaluation and Analysis of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa Seed Traits and Bioactive Components
In order to further explore the germplasm resources of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa in western Liaoning Province and screen the resource types with important application potential,14 main characters and bioactive components of seeds,such as horizontal diameter,longitudinal diameter,100 grain weight,total saponins,alkaloids,flavonoids and fatty acids,were determined in 4 excellent Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa seeds.The results showed that the yield of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa seed was the highest(23.15%),and the yield of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa seed was the lowest(10.02%),although the seed core was the largest and the weight was the highest.The content of total sugar,flavonoid and total phenol was the highest in You-line 2,the content of total saponins in You-line1,the content of total alkaloids in You-line3 and the content of crude fat in You-line4.The average membership function values were as follows:You-line2>You-line1>You-line3>You-line4.The coefficient of variation of 14 indexes ranged from 4%to 46%,the coefficient of variation of total sugar and total phenol was less than 10%,and the coefficient of variation of alkaloids,total saponins,nuclear 100 kernel weight,double kernel rate,flavonoids and benevolence rate was larger.There was significant or significant positive correlation between transverse diameter of seed nucleus,longitudinal diameter of seed nucleus,mean value of two diameter,karyotype index,kernel weight of 100 kernel and total saponins.According to the membership function method,the comprehensive scores from high to low were You-line2,You-line1,You-line3 and You-line4.
