摘要

为探究四川省玉米品种的遗传多样性,用40对SSR引物检测2021年四川省玉米联合体试验中234个参试品种的DNA指纹,构建参试品种SSR-DNA指纹库,并基于DNA指纹进行遗传多样性分析和DNA指纹分析.结果表明,234个参试玉米品种多态信息整体高于早年吉林省和全国审定玉米品种;鲜食玉米组与其他玉米组遗传距离最远;234个参试玉米品种互为不同品种.2021年四川省参试玉米品种与早年吉林省和全国审定玉米品种相比遗传多样性更丰富,DNA指纹检测通过比例较2014-2019年国家玉米区域试验参试组合有所提高.

Abstract

In order to explore the genetic diversity of maize varieties in Sichuan Province,40 pairs of SSR primers were used to detect the DNA fingerprints of 234 varieties tested in the Sichuan Province maize complex experiment in 2021,and the SSR DNA fingerprint database was constructed.Genetic diversity analysis and DNA fingerprint analysis were conducted based on DNA fingerprints.The results showed that the polymorphism information of 234 corn varieties was higher than that of Jilin Province and the whole country.The genetic distance between fresh corn group and other corn group was the longest.The 234 corn varieties tested were different from each other.The genetic diversity of the maize varieties tested in Sichuan Province in 2021 was richer than that of the maize varieties approved by Jilin Province and the whole country in the early years,and the passing proportion of DNA fingerprint detection was higher than that of the national maize regional trial combination from 2014 to 2019.
