Research on High Quality Promotion of Crop Seed Production Base Construction——Research and Reflection on Practice in Four Provinces and Five Regions
Based on the research method of grounded theory,we conducted in-depth field research on 5 typical national crop seed production counties,conducted a series of thematic discussions with relevant subjects,summarized the practices and achievements of crop seed production bases in recent years,and analyzed the main problems and challenges faced on this basis.It points out some misunderstand-ings to be avoided and many understandings to be deepened in the future construction process.Final-ly,20 practical and effective suggestions on the high quality development of the base were put forward in 7 aspects,including scientific positioning of the seed production base,deepening the'Two-storing'project,cultivating the main body of production service,enriching the types of seed production talents,building a long-term interest mechanism,optimizing the base support policy,and strengthe-ning the territorial supervision responsibility.
