摘要

MYB转录因子是植物中分布最广的转录因子家族之一,在植物响应生物及非生物胁迫,调控逆境胁迫相关基因表达方面起着重要的作用.本研究基于黄花苜蓿转录组数据,鉴定和克隆了黄花苜蓿MfMYB3R-3基因,并进行了生物信息学分析.结果表明,MfMYB3R-3基因CDS区长1 701 bp,编码566个氨基酸,具有SANT保守结构域,为MYB3R型转录因子;MfMYB3R-3蛋白化学分子式为C2690 H4314 N796 O873 S20,理论等电点为8.75,该蛋白是亲水性不稳定偏碱性非分泌蛋白,不具有信号肽,无跨膜结构,亚细胞定位预测在细胞核.系统进化分析发现,黄花苜蓿MfMYB3R-3蛋白与蒺藜苜蓿的MYB3R-3的亲缘关系最近.

Abstract

MYB transcription factor is one of the most widely distributed transcription factor families in plants,and plays an important role in regulating the expression of stress-related genes in response to biological and abiotic stresses.In this study,based on the transcriptome data of Medicago falcata L.,MfMYB3R-3 gene was identified and cloned,and the bioinformatics was analyzed.The results showed that coding sequence of MfMYB3R-3 was 1 701 bp long,with 566 amino acids encoded and SANT preserving structure domain,which was the MYB3R type transcription factor.MfMYB3R-3 protein chemical formula was C2690 H4314 N796 O873 S20,theoretical isoelectric point was 8.75,this protein was hydrophilic unstable alkaline non-secretory protein,no signal peptide,no transmembrane struc-ture,subcellular localization predicted in the nucleus.The phylogenetic analysis showed that MfMYB3R-3 protein of Medicago falcata L.was closely related to MYB3R-3 of Medicago truncatula.
