摘要

本研究以小白菜、西兰花、榨菜三种作物共计10个品种为试验材料,测定了植物叶片饱水状态下的电生理参数,并依据能斯特方程计算了植物叶片的胞内水分、养分、代谢参数,对不同物种、品种的植物叶片电生理特征进行比较分析.结果表明,小白菜具有较好的胞内水分及养分传输能力,西兰花能高效利用胞内养分,榨菜具有较高的代谢活力.小白菜2号和6号、榨菜12号可育和13号不育亲缘关系较近;种植稍晚的西兰花hubu较F1号和80号具有更好的生长势;12号可育榨菜与13号不育榨菜差异显著.

Abstract

In this study,a total of 10 varieties of Brassica chinensis L.,Brassica oleracea L.var.itali-ca Plenckand and Brassicaj uncea var.tumida were used as experimental materials.The electrophysi-ological parameters of plant leaves under water-saturated state were determined,and the intracellular water,nutrient and metabolic parameters of plant leaves were calculated according to Nernst equa-tion,and the electrophysiological characteristics of plant leaves of different species and varieties were compared and analyzed.The results showed that Brassica chinensis L.,had better intracellular water and nutrient transport capacity,Brassica oleracea L.var.italica Plenckand could efficiently utilize intracellular nutrients,and Brassica j uncea var.tumida had higher metabolic activity.Little Brassica chinensis L.No.2 and No.6,Brassica juncea var.tumida No.12 and No.13 were closely related;Brassica oleracea L.var.italica Plenckand hubu planted later had better growth potential than No.F1 and No.80.There was significant difference between No.12 fertile Brassica juncea var.tumida and No.13 sterile Brassica juncea var.tumida.
