苔藓植物对急尖长苞冷杉种子萌发及幼苗数量的影响

为探究苔藓植物对冷杉种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响机制,通过野外调查和室内试验,分析了不同处理方式及不同等级苔藓植物厚度对急尖长苞冷杉种子萌发及幼苗数量的影响.野外调查结果表明,对照组种子数量>除去苔藓处理种子数量>除去苔藓并整地处理种子数量;天然更新幼苗数量表现为对照组>除去苔藓并整地处理>除去苔藓处理;苔藓厚度对种子萌发影响表现为Ⅰ级>Ⅱ级>Ⅲ级,对幼苗数量的影响表现为Ⅱ级>Ⅰ级>Ⅲ级.室内试验分析了不同处理方式下苔藓植物对急尖长苞冷杉种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及冷杉幼苗生长的影响,结果表明,新鲜与烘干方式下的苔藓植物对冷杉种子的萌发有较为明显的抑制作用,但烘干状态下的影响较新鲜状态下要小.
Effects of Bryophytes on Seed Germination and Seedling Numbers of Abies georgei var.smithii
In order to explore the mechanism of bryophyte effect on the seed germination and seedling growth of Abies georgei var.smithii,the effects of different treatment methods and different bryo-phyte thickness classes on the seed germination and seedling number of Abies georgei var.smithii were analyzed through field investigation and laboratory experiment.The results of field investigation showed that the number of seeds in control group was over the number of seeds treated with moss removal and more than the number of seeds treated with moss removal and soil preparation.The num-ber of natural regeneration seedlings was as follows:control group>moss removal and preparation treatment>moss removal treatment.The effect of moss thickness on seed germination was grade Ⅰ>grade Ⅱ>grade Ⅲ,and the effect on seedling quantity was grade Ⅱ>grade Ⅰ>grade Ⅲ.The effects of bryophytes on the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and seedling growth of Abies georgei var.smithii under different treatment methods were analyzed.The results showed that bryophytes under fresh and dried treatment had obvious inhibitory effect on the germination of Abies georgei var.smithii seeds,but the effect under dried condition was less than that under fresh condi-tion.
