超表达JcFT基因对烟草农艺性状的影响

摘要
FT(Flowering locus T)基因编码的成花素蛋白,也称蛋白激素,在植物中超表达该基因往往可以显著提早开花,是创制早熟植物种质资源的重要潜在基因之一,影响植物生长发育.本研究以烟草为材料,分析了 FT对烟草多个农艺性状的影响.结果表明,JcFT(FT of Jatruopha curcas L.)超表达在提早烟草开花的同时,显著改变了烟草根、茎、叶的大小和形态,而花的结构没有显著改变.
Abstract
Flowering locus T(FT)gene encoded florigen protein,also known as protein hormone.Overexpression of this gene in plants often leads to significantly premature flowering,which is one of the important potential genes for creating germplasm resources of precocious plants,affecting plant growth and development.In this study,the effects of FT on several agronomic characters of Nicoti-ana tabacum were analyzed.The results showed that overexpression of JcFT(FT of Jatruopha cur-cas L.)significantly changed the size and morphology of Nicotiana tabacum roots,stems and leaves,while the flower structure did not change significantly.
