摘要

为探索蓼科蓼属头花蓼与易混品赤胫散、火炭母、窄叶火炭母的生药学鉴别方法,本研究采用形态鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定对比研究4种药材原植物和性状特征,利用光学显微镜观察茎、叶及粉末的显微构造,并辅以薄层色谱进行综合鉴定.结果表明,头花蓼药材与易混品赤胫散、火炭母、窄叶火炭母在来源、性状、显微和薄层色谱等方面均有显著差异,鉴定专属性较强.本研究结果可作为头花蓼与易混品赤胫散、火炭母、窄叶火炭母的鉴定依据.

Abstract

In order to explore the pharmacognostic identification methods of Polygonum like Polygo-num capitata with confusing medicines such as Persicaria runcinata var.sinensis,Persicaria chinen-sis and Persicaria chinensis var.paradoxa.Morphological identification,trait identification and microscopic identification were used to compare the original plants and characteristics of these four medicinal materials.The microscopic structures of stems and leaves were observed by optical micro-scope and comprehensively identified by thin-layer chromatography.The results showed that there were significant differences in the sources,characters,microscopies and TLC between Polygonum capitatam and confusing drugs like Persicaria runcinata var.sinensis,Persicaria chinensis and Persicaria chinensis var.paradoxa.The results of this study could be used as the basis for the identi-fication of Polygonum capitata and confusing drugs like Persicaria runcinata var.sinensis,Persicar-ia chinensis and Persicaria chinensis var.paradoxa.
